Meetup Miss Image

1. What if I miss a paid Meetup?

— If you miss an already-paid Meetup (for both SUBSCRIPTION and PER ENTRY payments), simply request the recording from the Chair, if the Chair has not sent it to you already. You'll have access to the full session so you won't miss out on any insights or discussions.
— ​For PER ENTRY payment, if you miss an already-paid Meetup, see further below for the policy on bringing forward the PER ENTRY payment.

2. Can payments made be refunded, brought forward or transferred?

— COMMITMENT TO INVESTMENT —

— The Chair's commitment to Member's growth and success is unwavering, and the structure of this Mastermind Group experience is designed to support Member's transformation.

— To honor the integrity of this process, all payments made are non-refundable.


— PER ENTRY payment(s) made with no-show at meetup(s) may be brought forward to any future meetup(s).

— PER ENTRY payments are for the Member and are non-transferable to other Members.


— SUBSCRIPTION payments made with no-show at meetup(s) are not to be brought forward to future meetup(s).  

— SUBSCRIPTION payments are for the Member and are non-transferable to other Members.

— SUBSCRIPTION payments (auto-recurring) may be stopped by the Member, effective on the next auto-renewal date.

 

— These ensure that both Member and Chair are fully invested in achieving Member's goals, creating a space of accountability and focus.

— By committing to this journey, the Chair and Member are prioritizing Member's development and maximizing the value of the Mastermind Group experience.

3. How do Members interact off-meetup?

— Members interact primarily through a dedicated WhatsApp group where they can share insights, ask questions, and continue discussions between formal Meetups.

4. Are there minimum and maximum numbers of Members in the Group?

— The Group functions with a minimum of two Members (not counting the Chair) in our WhatsApp group.
— The maximum number of Members will be decided collectively as a Group.

5. Can a Member leave the Mastermind Group? Can Membership lapse?

—Membership in the Mastermind Group carries on, even if Member misses meetup(s). ("You can check out anytime you like, but you can never leave." 😊)

— Members are encouraged not to leave the WhatsApp group, and instead continue interacting in the WhatsApp group.

6. Can Member rejoin our WhatsApp group after leaving ?

— Absolutely! Rejoiners into our WhatsApp group are always welcome. To rejoin, reach out to the Chair via email or direct message.
​—  REPEAT: Members are encouraged not to leave the WhatsApp group, and instead continue interacting in the WhatsApp group.

7. Will the Chair ever end the Group?

— The Chair will not end the Group as long as there are at least two Members (excluding the Chair). InshaAllah, the Group will continue to thrive.

8. Will the fee change in the future?

— The fee may change (increase or decrease) every one year after Group inauguration in May 2024, i.e. starting from May 2025, with a minimum of one-month prior notice.
​— The last change of fee was notified on 17 April 2025, effective 11 June 2025. The next new fee, if any, will be in June 2026, with a minimum of one-month notice.

9. Is there a payment reminder?

— Formal reminders for PER ENTRY payment and participation may or may not be sent. For auto-renewals of SUBSCRIPTION, formal notification of renewal may or may not be sent.

10. Can a Member pay more than the stated fee?

— If you're feeling generous, the Chair welcomes additional contributions! Any extra payment will be considered a donation. You can transfer additional amounts via:
